He has founded and fostered the development of three successful technology companies: ISS, Wares on the Web, and SureID. In addition, he has been a technology executive for several large- and mid-cap technology companies in security, consumer electronics and business systems, including Checkpoint, ADP and OKI. He frequently speaks about RFID and authentication on the international circuit.

Karen Denise is a veteran operations executive with more than 20 years of professional experience in numerous services organizations. She has worked in RFID-related industries for more than 10 years and coordinated deployment efforts for some of the industry’s earliest item-level RFID pilot tests. As part of the early-stage executive team an Pandic, she helped the company navigate to a successful acquisition by Pitney Bowes, where she then served as legal services outsourcing leader for some of the company’s top law firm customers.
